The largest event marketing festival in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, designed for all event marketing professionals and enthusiasts.
At one place, professionals from agencies, venues, and supplier companies meet, as well as corporate clients. The festival will take place for the seventh time and once again aims to present event innovations, trends, and to strengthen connections within the event community. Event EXPO will take place in its original spring date and will offer the largest exhibition area in its history. It will showcase dozens of exhibitors from various fields of the event industry, expand its program section, and offer interactive zones, workshops, and networking opportunities via the official app.The Event Vision conference will take place in autumn and will follow up on the main festival topics – bringing inspiration from leading Czech and international professionals.

Moving to a larger space was a great step – no more crowding in the aisles, well-designed relaxation zones upstairs, and most importantly, quick check-in at the entrance. The headphone system for workshops is something that should be mandatory everywhere. I met many familiar and new suppliers and left with a head full of ideas.
It was my first time attending, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything ran. From registration to the QR cloakroom to the app with the program. I appreciate the diversity of exhibitors and the fact that even the panel discussions were lively. I will definitely be back next year.

Our participation in the previous Event Fest was evaluated very positively by The Original Beer Experience. Our presentation booth served its purpose and allowed us to showcase our event capabilities to a relevant audience, establish new business relationships, and gain a number of interesting contacts. We also highly appreciate the specific business benefits of the entire event – thanks to the contacts and presentation at Event Fest, we subsequently gained several new event opportunities and facilitated the realization of events with us.
